CHANGE IN OBJECT CLAUSE OF THE COMPANY

EVERY COMPANY HAS ITS SPECIFIC OBJECTS AT THE TIME OF INCORPORATION OF THE COMPANY. IF IT WANTS TO CHANGE ITS OBJECTS DURING THE COURSE OF BUSINESS THAN IT CAN BE DONE VERY EASILY BY FOLLOWING SOME PROCEDURE WHICH IS LAID DOWN UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT.  COMPANY MUST CHANGE ITS NAME ALSO TO BRING CONFORMITY WITH THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY.

DETAILS AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CHANGE IN OBJECT CLAUSE OF THE COMPANY
  1. NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING.
  2. CONVENE BOARD MEETING FOR APPROVAL OF CHANGE IN ACTIVITES OF THE COMPANY.
  3. NOTICE OF EGM.
  4. CONVENE EGM FOR SHAREHOLDERS APPROVAL.
  5. PASS SPECIAL RESOLUTION.
  6. FILING OF FORM MGT-14 WITH THE REGISTRAR WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PASSING THE RESOLUTION.
  7. COPY OF RESOLUTION.
  8. ALTERED MOA.

REGISTRATION OF SUCH CHANGE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE WHEN IT SHALL BE REGISTERED BY THE REGISTRAR BY ISSUING A FRESH CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION.
